How the hot air is forwarded, stored and changed  into electrial power

The compressed air at the surface of the earth is forwarded to the coast with a hose, this hose is isolated with

isolation material, the weight of the hose is no longer important. Related to this normal isolation material can be used.

At the ground the hose is going to the power storage location. This power storage location is isolated

and stores the hot air without any significant losses.

There are several options where a power storage location can be placed, at the surface of the earth or

at the ground of an ocean closed to the upper wind power station.

In some regions the coast goes very steeply into the sea. Sea depths of 200 m near the coast are possible.

In this context, it is possible to design the compressed air tank 20 bar lower, related to the pressure of the water.

The size of the storage location is flexible. The actual planning is of around 2 % of the produced power per day.

This storage is for the peak periods during the day.

The hot compressed air is changed with a steam turbine and generator into electrical power.

Eight upper wind power stations are summarized to one wind park and uses one power storage location.

If the power is needed, the power storage location can be active between minutes to start the turbine and

generator for producing electrical power.
